Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using GoPayBill software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this software.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use GoPayBill for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Specifically, you may not use this software to:
- Conduct any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws and regulations
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity
- Create unauthorized transactions or bills
- Compromise security or privacy of third parties
- Engage in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws
Any illegal use of this software will result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Intellectual Property & Distribution Restrictions
GoPayBill and all its contents, including code, design, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Newvays Solutions.
No Multiple Copies: You are granted a license to use this software on a single installation/account only. Creating, maintaining, or using multiple copies of this software without explicit written authorization from Newvays Solutions is strictly prohibited.
No Distribution: It is strictly illegal to distribute, sublicense, transfer, or share this software in any form, whether modified or unmodified, to any third party without prior written consent from Newvays Solutions. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Data Liability Disclaimer
Newvays Solutions assumes NO responsibility for data loss, corruption, or damage resulting from the use of GoPayBill. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of billing data, transaction records, or user information
- Data corruption due to software malfunction or errors
- Unauthorized access to or theft of data
- System failures or crashes
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of all critical data. Newvays Solutions strongly recommends regular data backups before using this software.
Renewal Failure - No Liability
Newvays Solutions is not responsible for data loss, deletion, or unavailability following a failed subscription renewal. Upon renewal failure:
- Access to your account and data may be suspended or terminated
- Newvays Solutions is not liable for any data loss that occurs after renewal failure
- You assume all responsibility for maintaining current payment information
- We recommend users keep current with renewal dates to prevent data loss
No Refunds
All payments for GoPayBill subscriptions and services are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Subscription fees
- Service charges
- Processing fees
- Any other payments made for access or features
Refund requests will not be honored under any circumstances, regardless of reason. By making a payment, you acknowledge this no-refund policy.
Subscription Cancellation
Newvays Solutions reserves the right to cancel or terminate your subscription at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Illegal or unauthorized use of the software
- Non-payment or failed payment attempts
- Technical violations or security concerns
- Administrative or business reasons determined by Newvays Solutions
Upon subscription cancellation, your access to GoPayBill will be immediately revoked.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newvays Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use GoPayBill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disclaimer of Warranties
GoPayBill is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. Newvays Solutions disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Modifications to Terms
Newvays Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the software or website. Continued use of GoPayBill following modification indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Newvays Solutions is located.
